They have designed a City Tour which will make you discover Grand-Bassam and its inhabitants with a fresh look, in particular through a mini tour and an encounter with craftsmen who make the particularity of Grand-Bassam. In this small town not far from Abidjan, you will quickly be seduced by the astonishing diversity of the heritage, the refinement of its inhabitants, as much on the general behavior of their environment and their habitat as on the quality of their welcome. You will hear everywhere: “Akwaba, welcome”. Our guides therefore hope, thanks to this tour, to open the doors of this charming and unique city to you through a city tour followed by a Pottery workshop.
- We invite you to a batik, pottery, chocolate or jewellery workshop for a unique meeting with the craftsmen/women of Grand-Bassam. A coastal city east of Abidjan, Grand-Bassam is not only the closest place to Abidjan for a historical tour, tourist but also it’s cultural centers where you will get to do a bit of souvenirs shopping made in craftsmen and craftwork of Bassam These craft initiation workshops will allow you to discover a know-how, meet a passionate craftsman/women and leave with your creation!
